TRAVEL POLICIES

International Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your return travel date. Your passport should not expire before. Names must match the name exactly as shown on your passport booklet when placing the reservation or updating changes should your passport require renewal with a copy of your passport submitted to the travel agent no later than your final payment.  

 

Minimum monthly payments are required to keep your reservation to avoid trip cancellation and can not exceed the current month payment is due.  The payment policy may be found within your email for your convenience. All emails are kept within one thread during booking from start to finish for documentation purposes. Social media or text messages are not accepted regarding your reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A completed form is required at the time of booking for ALL forms of payment including but not limited to zelle for documentation purposes. ***All prices and availability are subject to change until deposits AND forms have both been received***

TRAVEL INFO

When booking a LAND ONLY PACKAGE (flight not included), you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers to the airport code provided. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attentions to the travel dates. Flight itinerary is required to be submitted when requesting airport transfers and must be received by the due date to avoid a transfer fee. When booking a HOTEL & FLIGHT PACKAGE, your name must match your identification EXACTLY as it is shown as names can not be changed on your flight. If you DO NOT have a passport at the time of booking, a land only package will ONLY be available.

HOTEL INFO
At check-in, a credit or debit card may be required to cover incidental charges, fees, and/or local taxes and is a standard resort policy. If the number of room occupants decreases, the remaining occupants may be responsible for an additional payment to cover the difference, if this applies, a notification is immediately submitted via email. For our private agent group tours , please note that a full  itinerary along with the name of the resort will not be provided to the group attendees until 30-45 days prior to arrival. Hotels are always 4 stars and higher and city centered.  Passports are always required at the time of booking. Monthly payments must be made. These terms and conditions apply to all private agent group tours only.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as shown here under our travel policy.
All payments to E-maginable Travel and its affiliates are 100% non-refundable, with no exceptions. This means that once you've paid for your vacation package, you won't be eligible for a refund nor a credit. No exceptions! Additionally, payments are non-transferable to your roommate. Name changes may incur a fee and have a deadline when this may be requested by. Traveler understands that they must obtain travel insurance coverage and adhere to the terms and conditions of their plan to request any form of refund. (100% optional)

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, changes can be made at least 90 days prior to departure (unless informed otherwise). If changes are made after the deadline, a fee will be accessed (Applies to hotel only or cruise only packages. Airlines may require a fee). Prices are subject to change without notice if deposits are not received by the deadline. Please make your deposit by the deadline to secure your reservation at this low price to be locked in.

Please submit a request for a call via email with the details of your request (as I may need to contact our vendor for your questions or request prior to contacting you AND all request require documentation) as well as the best phone number and time of day to contact you. Please note that all call requests are replied to within 3-5 business days (closed on Sundays). No text messages or social media messages are accepted for travel inquiries or request. Please allow 3-5 business days for follow up assistance on payment confirmations, a quote request, trip assistance or call request.

Full deposit and completed form are both required in order to join any group trip. Deposits and prices are all listed as per person

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

SN: If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Please note a cancellation or reinstatement fee may be applied when a payment is past due. Monthly payment schedules are provided after the initial deposit. ***Monthly payments are due on or by the 15th unless otherwise noted*** FINAL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DATE SHOWN WITHIN YOUR EMAIL.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is 100% optional. It is recommended to purchase within the first 7 days for the best options such as trip interruption and cancellation coverage. If you choose to purchase travel protection, it's crucial to review your coverage prior to purchase AND adhere to the policy's terms and conditions as you are solely responsible for understanding the benefits before purchasing the plan and filing your own claim. As any refund request are solely handled by your travel insurance ONLY. This includes understanding the coverage, filing claims, and meeting any deadlines or requirements.
